I have been shopping at this size store since 2021, staff are really friendly and really helpful. I am a uk 12 and everytime i go to look for shoes, the staff are super helpful! I have bought meany shoes from there and never once have i been disrespected. Most of these people giving 1 stars must have never been to a busy shoe store before

Very nice Store in Edinburgh, normal Prices and very nice people working there. (Little Tipp: if you are a student just ask for a little discount and in exchange for a stundent card you will get another 20% off)Great experience overall!I would totally go there again

Went and bought a kick*** sweater and pair of shoes from them at an affordable price, while also leaving my bag there. I called them up the next day and they had it ready for me to pick up :)If you want to loose something, loose it at size, if you want to buy something, buy it at size :)

Had to return a pair of new balance trainers which were ordered on line and were too small, the staff member who dealt with me was friendly and very efficient

First time shopping here and won't be doing so again.The only reason I came into Edinburgh today was to pick up my order.I got to the shop to be told they've given my order to somebody else and basically said I'm going to have to wait and see whether that person decides to bring it back into the store.How can something like this happen?They had my contact information but made no attempt to contact me to inform me of the situation.Not at all happy and as I said, won't be shopping there again.

Love the shoe selection, it is a curated selection from great brands. Totally recommend if you are looking for something with more personality.

I dont actually have a review for this specific store but a worker : junior i think he?s a manager or something has scammed me , he owns a shoe business called step correct 247 or he has rebranded , he backdoors the shoes himself and flogs them on . so the general public and people who participate in the raffles hardly succeed , and he had claimed to have sold me a pair of dunks i wanted but he did not send them to me i think they should rethink about their choices of hiring this person.

Zero customer service, no greeting from anyone. Not even a hi or good afternoon from any of the staff members were working. They were all chatting between them self. No help were offered. Why brother to have an actual store. Just move everything online.

Do not buy from size? I ordered colour of the month Air force 1s online and while they did arrive in good time there was damage and glue at the seems of the midsole honestly a joke

Im from London and the guys in this store gave the best customer service ive experience on my visit to edinburgh. They were Welcoming and knowledgable.
