First time hearing aids, first time varifocal glasses. the staff were brilliant , explained everything I needed to know. glasses took a bit to get used to but great now. Hearing aids have changed my life, should have done it years ago. went for the S P top of the range own make ,got everything on them , they are brilliant .

Fab little specasvers in the sainsburys. They managed to fit me in fairly last minute because I had an eye irritation, and it got sorted out at the appointment - imediately felt much better! Optician was very friendly and helpful.

I am not usually one to take to online feedback forms - but today has been an exception. The staff are friendly and engaging. Saimah the optician went to great lengths to explain all the tests and results with me. I felt as a customer you were made to feel as such. So if you want a recommendation for an honest and customer friendly optician who genuinely seems to care about your eye care and the service they provide - you need look no further than Specsavers at Blackhall

Excellent service recieved. Went in with itritated eye. Connor was very thorough and i left with recommendation on how to look after my sore eye. Staff were very Friendly.

Very disappointing. I was 8 minutes late for my appointment because my 3 month old baby needed to be changed. I turned up with said baby and by the time they'd got a computer etc. they informed me that it was now 10 past and that because I was 10 minutes late I had lost my appointment. No kindness or understanding at all.Meanwhile I heard them telling another customer who had actually entered the store before me that he had also missed his appointment.Should not have gone to specsavers!UPDATE: Specsavers have replied to my complaint and asked me to fill in a form but their website does not work properly and it won't let me select a store so I can't submit.
