Visited Specsavers last week for my 2 year review. Excellent service, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Caitlin in particular was brilliant carrying out my eye tests. She was reassuring and explained everything perfectly, such a lovely person. Specsavers staff are always so nice when I pop in to have my glasses tightened or adjusted, it's never a problem. Can't fault anything, everyone is brilliant, well done!

The team are the absolute best! HUGE thanks to Clare who went so far out of her way to help me today. I was on my way to an important antenatal scan when one of my contact lenses broke on my eye. Clare and the team were so helpful and acted so quickly to make sure that I could see for such a critical appointment. So grateful and can?t recommend them enough.

The staff at Edinburgh South Gyle where brilliant! They were very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. Their was a small fault with on of the lenses and before I knew it, a replacement was waiting for me at store. The best was that they remembered me when I turned up and that gave me a really good feeling like you are not just another sheep walking in, but an actual customer. I really couldn't fault Specsavers.

Adam Ward examined my eyes very carefully. After we came to a conclusion, I was referred to the hospital. When I learned the conclusion, I felt a little worried and depressed. Adam gave me great support and comfort, which made me feel warm. Thanks to Adam for his efforts, he is a very good optometrist.

Kept waiting 25 minutes to be seen. 3 people came in after me and they were seen before me. The file with my details were put at the back of the box, outside the opticians door. The assistant put the next customer's file in front of mine. The optician came out his/her door and took the file at the front of the box instead of the back- so mine was left. Not a great system!

By far the best optician that i have had an eye-test done with. Very helpful as each test was explained and the results were discussed in a helpful and easy to understand manner. Highly recommend this place if you are seeking to get your eyes tested.Good selection of lenses and frames here.
