I came to this store around 5pm to get a cup of coffee. When I entered the store, an Asian waitress at the register saw me approaching the register and instead of taking my order, she left the register to wipe the table. I waited patiently for her to finish and returned to the register and ordered a coffee, specifically emphasizing that I wanted to take it away. However, in the end, she just gave me a cup of coffee. I had to tell her again that I needed to take out, and then she threw me a paper bag and I had to pack my own. I was incredulous. This was the rudest, most impatient service I have ever experienced. I would rather take a detour than patronize this store again.

Went to get a coffee with my friend today and do school work. A very unhappy lady I believe was named josie, took our orders and served us alongside others. SHE WAS SO RUDE, completely ruined my mood for the rest of the day and made me not want to go to starbucks again. She was so rude to everyone, and refused to give this nice old man hot water because all they could offer was cold water. She was so unimaginably rude to everyone. avoid this starbucks unless u want horrible customer service. i don?t know why she hasn?t been fired already. Seriously seriously rude girl. when i went to get home water she was on her phone and ignoring me.

Internet was hard to get when I sat at the back and only had a drink so don't know what the food was like as I'm gluten free which they don't do a lot off

When this store first opened, I ordered myself a frappe and I heard that you can also buy ice cream separately, which might have been some other Starbucks that does that, but I didn?t know at the time because I was getting Starbucks for the first time in my life and when I asked for some ice cream the barista kept acting, saying weird things and shaking her head instead of kindly explaining to me that they can?t or don?t do ice cream separately, she could have been having a bad day, but that?s no reason to be like that when dealing with customers, so I didn?t bother getting the ice cream and just got the drink. But overall this store is still good with the nicer baristas, I?m only giving 0 stars to that barista who behaved like that towards me

I can't help but feel disapointed arrived at 6:30pm closed at 7 but was told oven was off so couldn't have a bacon roll....i always ask for milk on the side with my coffee but I've only had 1 person who has actually done this.... At least because of summer holidays we managed to get seats. Usually their seems to be loads of students using laptops and 1 cup of tea. I don't think I will head back here a few better options.... All the best.

I was subjected to strange racism in this branch. I entered with my two children and the cashier treated them badly, and when I asked for water for my children, the employee brought the water and threw it on the table so that some water was spilled!! I don't think there are branch staff that bad

Getting more challenging to find a clean Starbucks, this branch was super dirty, every single table had stains and crumbles on them, same on the floor, no minimum standards of cleanliness is applied

Nice and space cafe along Leith Walk. Plenty of seating and big windows to keep the place light and airy. The service is very quick. As expected of your typical Starbucks.

Needs more staff, 2 folk for the entire place and it was busy meaning tables weren't getting cleared as they were overworked.
