The staff is really helpful, and kind. They assist you through your shopping when requested. They are really young, and immature at times. They often spend time talking to each other, over their communication devices and laugh at the things they say to each other. They are very unprofessional. I get it, I was also young, immature and unprofessional at their age.

Staff is horrible, visited yesterday and had very unpleasant experience :(Me and my friend were both served at different tills and we experience very unwelcoming service, I would say it was quite rude, didnt even have chance to get my discount card out of the wallet.

Visited on Saturday - shop shelves were a mess, stock was depleted, no staff in sight. Eventually got bored of looking for help so checked the drawer myself for stock - as I was closing the drawer a mythical member of staff showed up and yelled at us from the other end of the aisle. From previous reviews I see staff have an issue with basic customer service and manners, it would have been more appropriate and professional to approach us, greet us and offer assistance rather than screeching across the shop floor. I had 3 stock questions, I asked one then she started walking away as she was answering - and her answer was 'go to Boots or buy it online' she didn't have a visible name tag so I wasn't even able to provide feedback on her unprofessional sloppy attitude. We went to Boots where the staff were visible, and happy to help.

Rude and unwelcoming staff. Made me and my friend feel very uneasy. It's not personal, but you know, it's a new shopping center and we expect the staff to be welcoming.
