The sliding-door fridges aren't self-closing and the employees and customers leave them open constantly. Additionally, the rubber lining seems to have come off or bunched up on a number of the doors so they can't close properly.I made the mistake of buying chicken here once, now I buy fridge items elsewhere.

Make sure you bring your ID and all your friends also stand right next to you with their IDs proffered!(Completely understand the need to ID but the guy is so rude about it and distrusting, to the extent that a random lady was asked for her IDbecause he thought she was our friend!)

Has a good amount of stock, but they tend not to stock many budget level Tesco own brand items that are available online and at other stores opting to push the most expensive brands.Wouldn't recommend doing a big shop since they rarely have more than 1 till in operation.I have found that Aldi are far cheaper on most things, and they pay their staff a much better wage. The only reason I go to Tesco is if I'm in town and I fancy picking up something off their yellow label, out of date soon shelf

Had a really poor experience in this store at approximately 8pm. I asked to speak to a manager about a bottle of raspberry liquor I had purchased in the tesco store at the holy Cross on Wednesday afternoon. I told him I had bought this alcohol and the security tag had been left on and I was doing him and your company a favour by bringing the item back to allow the tag to go back to its rightful owner. The young man was abrupt and said do you have a receipt and I said no and that his store did not sell this anyway. He then said the next time make sure you bring your receipt! I thought not very nice and there should not be a next time as it is the responsibility of tesco to remove the tags safely when the item is purchased and I then said could you please take the tag off thank you and he seemed angry with my request. When I got back home I phoned the store and the manager answered I tried to tell him that I could not understand why he was being so negative to me but he would not let me speak and instead talked over me and said if you have a problem speak with head office . Very poor customer interaction and no politeness and manners from the manager so I put the phone down. I don't have to accept this poor kind of behaviour from a manager who should have apologised for my inconvenience but instead made me feel like a pre judged shop lifter. The facts speak for themselves.

Great place to pickup our needs for our trip. Reminded us of the ones in Thailand except cooler cleaner and less crammed.

Poor customer service.

Service is non-existent. Would it hurt for the staff to acknowledge customers when they're paying at the till? Am I asking too much?

Not a very big selection of lunch options, the price of the meal deal is good though and the staff are nice.
