Great Pub with great food. Felt more like a Restaurant than a Pub but the Burgers are good and the Beer Menu as well. We had a great stay in here but the Atmosphere could be a bit more cozy.

Traditional style pub with great staff and the food was very very good. Mulled wine was such a treat and we got another cup to go.
Stop for a pint at the Advocate, a charming pub in Edinburgh's old town. By day we're a relaxing pub attracting locals, office workers, and tourists. You can enjoy a pint of Belhaven Best or some classic pub grub. Once the sun goes down, the sounds of live music take over. Artists like Martin Andrews and Mike Patterson often take to the stage here. And with a capacity of 206, the atmosphere often gets pretty lively. This unique venue became a pub in the 90s. Sports fans are well catered to, with Sky Sports and TNT Sports while four-legged friends are always welcome – who doesn’t love a dog-friendly pub? Head to our beer garden when the sun’s out and don’t forget to make use of the free WiFi.
