They lied about the terms of usage just to make you sign a contract with them quick. I?ve been spending two months trying to change terms but failed.

The absolute worst and most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. Don't even try to sign up with them, honestly. I had a monthly rolling contract with them, cancelled the contract, returned the device, and they kept generating bill which led to a huge decrease in my credit score for 5 long months. All the mental distress due to the single fact that they hired the wrong people who didn't know this thing called communication.

We had difficulties with our pre-paid sim cards purchased from a provider at home, so we ended up having to purchase data packs. The guys were very helpful with advice and setting up the sim cards in our phones. Pleasant experience.

Three weeks ago we went to renew our contract, and we were told to combine my account with my wifes to get some offer. However nightmare appeared, we couldnt receive any calls or texts, thats so inconvenient, e.g. bank acc assess.we went back and forth to the shop and they told us they contact the technical team already and we have to complain ourself. We did contact the hotline again. Its been almost a month. This is absurd, we plan to complain to their headquarters in Hong Kong. Our complain reference number is 230603101085325 we were told our numbers were overridden by another numbers. That means we were forced to use another number. Seriously?they said they didnt know when to get it fixed.No as i said I did go to the shop twice they said they couldnt contact the department then yes I did contact your customer service.And its not contract renewal problem, everyone please be aware, we cant use back our own numbers for a month. And they still dont know when we would get it back, I have no idea how come it could be so awful.I am not even able to login the account with the compulsory numbers,Its been almost a month today I even asked them to update me every weeks to call before its resolved, they refuse to do and insist my indefinite wait, is this superb customer service Three provide.My comment even got disappeared.

The management,this including the manager,the staff members I.e Andy, (genius) Joe are so very helpful and accommodating.Assured me to speak with any of them should I need upgrading for my phone /pad. I truly appreciate what my visit to this store in Edinburgh thought me.A.T

We came to this shop six months ago to get phone plans and a broadband. We had just moved to the UK and were only planning to stay in edinburgh for six months. The employees there seemed very helpful at the time. They wrote us up a contract which we signed. We were very clear in telling the salesperson that we were only planning on staying in edinburgh for six months. In the contract it stated that it was a twenty four month contract, but the salesman assured us that he would make a note in the system saying that it was only a six month contract. We checked multiple times with him to make sure he understood that we only wanted a six month contract and he continuously told us that it would be no problem. He said that all we needed to do was bring the broadband back into a three store when we were leaving and it would be cancelled. It?s six months later and this is not what has happened. I called the three help line and they told me that the contract we both were on were twenty four months and if we wanted to end it early we would each need to pay £150 pounds for leaving early. I tried to explain that we were only on six month contracts but she said that they were both twenty four month. We?re feeling like we have been mislead and deceived. This is not how customers should be treated. If we had?ve known that we were going to be treated this way we never would have signed up with three in the first place. We plan to call again and hopefully someone can fix this error.

Absolutely shocking and unacceptable customer service. Spent an hour at the store and then two hours on the chat to sort the issue out. Customer service online and at the store lacks consistency. For the month, I was being sent back and forth between the store and online service to cancel the broadband account. They were misleading and delaying cancellation to charge an exit fee. Above has been an additional service that I purchased with them. They did their best to encourage me to change my mobile provider. Avoid at all costs!
