Worst customer service I have ever experience for the second time with Three.I lost purse in August along with my phone, bank cards etc. One of the first this I did when this happen was to go get a duplicate of my sim card and ask a friend for an old phone so I could call my bank, cancel my cards and get new ones delivered.When I enter the shop they all seem very nice and helpful. I asked for a duplicate sim card and explained the situation. I was desperate to get the situation resolved as anyone would. However, instead of duplicate my card, now, months after this happened I realise they changed my plan without my permission or consent. Turns out I have 2 year permanency with Three that I did not ask for and a new plan that does not accommodate my roaming needs as a I travel often. This is very serious and ilegal, giving the fact that this transaction was done on a shop and there is no recoding of the conversation I just need to hope for the best I had to call customer services for a solution. Now I have been told to wait for them to investigate if this was a fraudulent upgrade and maybe only maybe I could cancel this plan I did not ask for.

Went in for a new phone, spoke to a nice agent however that is all the positive I can give. Spent the best part of 2 hours, verified with passport about 5 times, signed lots of forms, all agreed then told 'system issue, come back tomorrow', new phone in front of me and can't touch it. Told will cancel my order and email confirmation along with a phone call, 2 hours later and no email or call so I have a contract for a phone they wouldn't hand over..

This shop sold me a sim only. They didn't give all the relevant information. When I returned to the shop to complain. They were unhelpful rude and threatening.Moreover the unlimited sim is almost useless,I can not even watch YouTube without continuous buffering.Please do yourself a favour, don't shop hereI think next door would be betterKen

Harry at Three in Fort Kinnaid office was very helpful setting me up with a new phone.Harry was very obliging and knowledgeable about all aspects of purchasing a new phone contract.

i was in trying to get a new sim only contract, i was refused because of bad credit and when i was about ready to thank the agent and leave the manager Sam came over and asked me if my partner would want to use their details for the contract we refused because theyve already got a phone with another provider and didnt feel comfortable doing that and Sam kept trying to push up to use my partners details the agent looked so embarrassed and we felt terrified with how Sam was talking to us. it took us 5 minutes to get rejected for my application but 15 to get out of that situation. never going to three again i would give 0 stars if i could

Went into the shop to try and upgrade my sim only deal to be told I couldn?t because I was only 2 months into my new contract - (despite me wanting to pay more and upgrade). Went back to my car and called customer service who did it within 10 minutes, and with no problems or objections. Extremely poor customer service in store. Manager walked away and reluctant to help when I came in, then scowled at me when I left after challenging their ?policies?.

Been in to the shop last week to upgrade phones on a business contract. Didn?t have I?d to do it so was asked to come back. Fair enough. Went back today to be told they can?t do it in the shop! Took forever to take all my details and then said the system is old and can?t do business contracts on it. Very poor service wasting my time and the shops time
