Upstairs is hotter than the surface of the sun, the shop itself is overly hot but upstairs was crazy, multiple staff standing doing nothing while a large queue builds up in a fairly busy shop, leaving only one assistant on the till to work while the other 2 play "how do you work less and look busy"
