TK MAX Does a bit of exaggeration with reductions on price as some of the clothes still have the original price tag and the TK price tag saying that it's been reduced by 70% when in reality the original price tag is showing that the items have only been reduced by 20%-50% max. Over exaggeration on price reduction is duping people into believing they are getting a bigger bargain than they genuinely get.

Why would a clothes shop close the fitting rooms 1hr before closing the store? Standing in the store with an arm full of clothes being told I can buy them all and return what doesn't fit. Looks like other people are having the same issue too - someone just got shooed away! There is now a store assistant by the changing rooms making sure people don't go in!Great customer service TK.

2 stars for the fact its an amazing shop BUT i was in today getting a cutlery set and got ID from a girl about 17-18 year old i am 31 years of age,it has shocked me to say the least the manager was cool but made the mistake by saying shes trained but didnt say her age im abit gutted with her mistake SO if you look under 25 and need cutlery bring your ID hopefully they put the girl into storage or the floor i will continue to be a customer im just abit unhappy with this and thought id share just incase another fello customer is a hothead

Always well stocked. It just depends if there's a brand or style on the hangers that you're after. It can be a hit or a miss sometimes. Staff are generally polite and happy to help.
