“as a disabled shopper i cant understand what the one star review is about.my experience was one of the best, i first rang in the morning explained what the job was and asked for advice i was given what could only be explained as a completely encyclopedic knowledge and understanding of their range and the options available the only thing i could not do on the phone was choose the color i then asked for their name so i would get the same guy and not have to go through the whole thing again only to find i was talking to the van driver and he maybe out on a delivery he said he reserve the mix base i would need and inform a colleague of my requirements,this was the case when i turned up the guy i dealt had had passed on the relevant information i sorted the color whole thing from arrival to finish was no more than a few minutesi am more than happy and would give six stars if possible the two staff that i dealt with are a tremendous asset to this store !!!!!”

“The Halfords retail shop in Elgin has some excellent staff. I have been served in the past by Ben on the till who was friendly, professional and polite. My car was looked at by Mikey who goes over and above and is also friendly and polite. Such a nice change to have excellent service which is obviously the norm for them and how it should be. Both a credit to the company. I hope Halfords realise how proud they should be of them as it is only this kind of service that makes me want to return. ??”

We use Argos in Elgin frequently and always find their staff to be helpful and cheerful which is rare these days. I liked that I was able to pick up the phone and call the shop without waiting in a queue for hours and for my questions to be dealt with by the store rather than someone in a different country.
