I was in the annex which seemed quite new. Well appointed room. I would have liked to experience the rooms in the main building with more history. We had a lovely meal here after arriving with no booking, though it was fairly early at 5.15pm. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. Very happy.
