I didn't manage to catch his name but he had a smile, asked me how I was, can he help with anything else and then thanked me and told me to have a lovely evening. I just wanted to let someone know what a kind courteous young man you guys have working for you here in Erskine. It's rare to be that happy, nice and friendly in a retail setting (trust me, I know) but he made my night with his upbeat character.
