Not sure why this shop has had bad reviews! Been going here for many years and have had nothing but great service. Staff are always pleasant and kind. Only ever heard good things about here from other customers. I went in with a prescription for something i hadnt had before and the pharmacist came out and asked if i wanted to go into the room to chat, which we did. She answered all my questions and nothing was a bother! Other times when ive went for bits and bobs, the dark haired girl at the counter along with a blonde older lady have always asked if i needed help with anything. Lovely store!

Mary Dunn on Facebook taking the piss out of people in care and the carers. you would think she would have compassion doing her job, just seen her on a momentum page slagging them off. Not a good look for your business.

I was in to hand in a prescription on Tuesday, this isn't my usual chemist. The place was in chaos!!! No one seemed to know their arse from their elbow, the pharmacist was a sitting eating! The only saving grace was a girl with blonde hair who seemed to be the calm in the shop trying to take control and the only one who knew what she was doing! She was dressed different from everyone so think she must be from another shop to come and fix this one which is badly required so I give these stars to her. She is a pleasant polite young woman. I was told by another staff member 45 minutes to wait!! That's disgraceful! The blonde on the back was doing prescriptions very fast they just we're not being checked. I won't recommend this chemist until it's updated. You need more staff like her. The staff are nice but just a bit clueless sadly.

stopped in last week while on shift to get throat sweets, no staff in the counter, two of them were laughing away in the back wee purple haired lass and dark haired big girl , swearing and everything. Ended up a blonde haired lass who looked well busy stopped her work to come serve me, she was nice, gave me loads a great advice and told me to see me doctor as I had white spots on back of my throat. Shouldnâ??t take a wee lass to stop making up medicine to get two lazy loud mouths to go serve a counter! No right wonâ??t be back regardless
