If your putting in a prescription just hope you are not in a hurry. Their customer service isn't good but could be down to not enough staff. We waited 10 mins just to hand it in.

I just want shout out to the person who assisted me with picking up my prescription. The GP surgery hadn't sent the script over, so she took down my details so I could be texted when it had arrived and was ready for pick up. She even alerted me when it looked like it had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. You have no idea how much such a small gesture meant to me.

This store is embarrassing. Never opens on time. Staff meander along the road with their coffee and vapes whilst customers wait for entry or 0900hr appointments. The windows are non inviting and the dead flies say a lot about how the store is managed. With high street stores at risk, this one does itself no favours. Sad really

Visited pharmacy at this branch and received amazing service and advice from an obviously very experienced and learned pharmacist. Even though the shop was busy she was patient and kind I think her name was Louise (petite pretty girl with blonde hair) she deserves a pat on the back (at least)

Buying new no 7 make up. Assistant was speaking to her friend and did give me some assistance but couldn't wait to get back talking to her friend (and she was at least in her 40's). So, after I got home I reviewed my products and decided half of them didn't suit me at all.

All the doors but one were locked, making it difficult to get in and out the shop, this would have made it harder for anyone with a disability.The queue for the pharmacy and for behind the counter medicines was very long.

Been phoning this store for days to check availability on a product. No one ever answers the phone. Finally a lady called Leighann answered today, she left phone sitting to check for product and someone else Hung up the phone. Now I can get no answer again.!So frustrating!!!
