Exceptionally well priced store with lots of items for sale. Staff very friendly and helpful and well appointed location on the High Street. Store can get very busy at times, but that isn't an issue, definitely my favourite charity shop

At Livingston Store in the Centre, we bought a wood magazine rack and asked if we could come round and pick it up later. A lady with white short hair who seems to be the staff, not a volunteer, made a fuss about it and said vety loudly 'You have to come back by 4!'. And when asked if the shop would be closing at 4, she went on about people not coming round to pick things up, as if we were the one who committed that crime. Very blunt and impolite member of staff, unlike the volunteer old lady taking our payment who was pleasant and friendly on the way through. I mean, you can have your rule in running your business but you don't need to be rude. And if she is not happy with those who did not pick up the stuff, go shout at them instead. If she can't handle a request with any manner, she'd better work in the back with the furniture. Would not go there again.

I bough the a lovely sideboard from the shop only to discover there was a £50 delivery charge. To get the sale the manager took £25 of the price so less money goes to the charity as the delivery driver is self employed.For that charge they couldn't give me am or pm time slot. That's why I'm sitting waiting on my 1 day of for delivery. Wish I hadn't bothered. Disgraceful service.

Excellent service from the staff who are very knowledgeable about their stock and passionate about their cause. They kindly managed to deliver the day of purchase and the delivery staff were friendly and had the furniture unloaded and carried in very quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for to furnish a new home, good quality furniture and it supports an amazing cause.
