Driver is lovely, he?s always happy and cheery, provides a really good customer service. company are very good with communication on each order, if there is a delay or anything not in store you?re contacted directly by phone.

Stoped using them, got fed up with the attitude from the member of staff in the turban, I'm good enough to use your store, it makes you feel less than welcome or valued. The answer is simple, stop using them.

I won a fb competition with this shop for a bottle of grey goose! When I collected staff were fantastic and shop is so inviting! I took my grandsons with me who were very exited run the sweet selection!!

We bought a blade beer keg of Moretti. After putting it in our blade machine we very quickly realised that the beer was off and was confirmed after my husband tasted it. What a nightmare trying to get a replacement keg from this shop. It's now 3 week later still no replacement. Now taking it further . Will never buy anything from this shop again and will definitely advising colleagues and friends of this shoos dishonesty to customers .

Avoid!!! Ordered a breakfast box, 12 items. Got a phone call saying they only had 6 items and I could pick something else. I asked for 2 extra pies as this makes up to close to what I paid. I got 1 pie and 1 absolute shambles of a breakfast. No bacon, no egg, no beans. Just solid sausage, hash brown, haggis and black pudding. Absolutely nothing was edible. Store are refusing to do anything about it and snappy shopper are saying its not their problem despite the fact I ordered through them. No breakfast and no refund and I'll be reporting them for taking peoples money and keeping it when they can't provide what was purchased

This shop is absolutely ridiculous with their customers. I had ordered a delivery through snappy shopper that took well over 2 hours to come, I then received the wrong items and one of the items not working, I called the store and was told a replacement would be brought; the driver came back and didn?t have the items I was told he would have, I then phoned again to have the most ignorant woman on the phone who told me if I wasn?t so lazy come into the shop and it wouldn?t be wrong ? I then had a bsck and forth and we came to the outcome I was looking for, to have the product I purchased brought to me, yet and behold the hours went by and I never received my item ?? this is absolutely unacceptable customer service

Always served with a smile and staff are always cheery. However, service can be slow at times.
