This store is a UPS access point with stated hours of open until 8:30pm. Twice now in the last two weeks UPS have left a card stating go after 18:00 to collect and the store has been closed. I have arrived both times just after 18:00. The first time I thought, okay maybe there's been some kind of emergency but now I don't think that's the case. Somebody somewhere needs to update information so that punters like myself don't have wasted journeys! I will be taking this up with the store when I visit tomorrow so hopefully they will take the initiative and update their hours!! Confidence is low though!!LOL!! It took the store some 3 years to see my review and post a response. Instead of taking on board the criticism, they decided to post a dismissive message, which just emphasises their complete disregard toward good customer service that my accurate review hinted at when I posted it. To Danial's - Whoever Karen is... I like her already!!

Big bellied man very sweaty especially since he spends alot of time sitting down, but overall good service needs to get taught how to wear a hat correctly and verbally threatened me on buying the wrong kind of digestives?.I think his name was Daniel (not the owner) just a mere servant.
