Put in prescription Wednesday tried to collect Thursday still not ready went back Friday still not filled. Ended up getting prescription back took it to another pharmacy who could have filled said prescription only to find Dean's decided to void prescription now have get a new one. Thanks for being so unhelpful

BRYAN and his staff are amazing. As a parent of a disabled child Bryan goes out his way to make sure that we are looked after. Bryan has been keeping an eye on my asthma for years and I know that if we are worried about any of our medications we can ask him any questions. Customer service is outstanding and with out a doubt one of the best pharmacies in the area.

I was at this pharmacy for a few years I am disabled and got my medicine from this chemist I moved from maddiston to falkirk and I informed the chemist about this and they said they would deliver my medicine to me now Brian refused my medicine and said he would not give a Disabled person his medicine so I phoned jhon the director and he agreed with Brian eventually i got my medicine bur Brian needs to go and get lessons in customer service please go somewhere else for your medicine this place is poor

What a great local pharmacy. Highly recommend & would give more than 5stars if I could. Brian & Zoe have been monitoring my blood pressure over the last couple of weeks. They've taken time out of their busy days to help & I can't thank them enough. Both really approachable & a real credit to their employers. The rest of the staff are also incredibly helpful as well. I really appreciate having this pharmacy on my doorstep - keep up the fantastic work ?

I am a regular at the pharmacy and when I visited on Wednesday I was served by a young female. I was there for a few things, one being gaviscon for my husbands heartburn. She was very knowledgeable about everything I was there for which was really impressive as that's rare, normally the staff have to ask the pharmacist. I was really impressed that she took the time to explain things and encourage me to make a visit to the doctor for my own heartburn. She didn't rush me out the door when another customer came in, she just took the time to serve me which was really nice.
