Josephine is an absolute star! Mum and I went in for an early Friday appointment and I think my mum tried on every dress in the store. Josephine listened to everything mum said and pulled so many styles, fabrics, designers and price ranges for mum to test. She remained calm and level headed throughout every second of the appointment and mum landed on an amazing dress after almost 2 hours of Josephine running about! We cannot recommend frox of Falkirk, and Josephine enough! She even helped mum get all sorted with accessories. Thank you so much for all your help!

I visited the shop with friends but didn't intend buying a dress that day. Carol-Lyn was lovely she had me trying on several dresses she was honest and patient. I left the shop very happy with a beautiful dress ?

I am slightly disappointed. My mother phoned ahead to ask if I needed to make an appointment to be told by the owner no. I walked into the shop to be told I should have made an appointment but will be seen too. I had a very helpful lady. I tried on a couple of dresses. There was one I liked in particular but wasn?t 100%. She told me to look at the price tag. Which annoyed me a lot as I know the price of dresses in a high end dress boutique. She put me off and I left without a dress as she made me feel uncomfortable. Sadly. Lovely shop. I was served by a lovely lady but the older staff looked down on me.

Took my mum through frox of Falkirk this afternoon from Dunfermline to look for an outfit for my nieces wedding in 2 weeks time. Didn?t realise that you had to make an appointment. But the lovely ladies welcomed us in and were very helpful with my mum whose suffered with ill health recently. They were very patient and accommodating and mum left with a lovely 2 piece set. Thank you so much for all your help in findig my mum the perfect outfit and for your time and consideration by inviting us in instead of turning us away because we didn?t book. Very much appreciated so thanks again and we will definitely recommend your lovely shop to others. Janet and Tracey.

Was very nervous going dress shopping today as I don?t wear dresses often. Caroline made my shopping experience very enjoyable and put me at ease.She was extremely patient and helpful making suggestions and it was actually one of the dresses she suggested that I bought.I went in not knowing what I wanted but she helped me find a dress that I felt good in.All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Visited today ,absolutely fantastic shop. Was greeted by Carolynn, we never had an appointment. But from the minute we walked in she made us feel very welcome. Dress selection was fantastic once colours had been discussed and 1 hour later my wife had her mother of the Groom dress???, hat and accessories. Cannot recommend this shop enough huge selection highly professional staff that made the whole process seemless. Thank YOU AGAIN

Arrived at the shop unannounced and got a lovely warm welcome from the staff. We were looking for evening dresses. The staff opened up the area which housed the evening dresses for us and were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating . Nothing was too much of a problem. Fantastic shop with lovely staff .

Fantastic experience wedding dress for mother of the groom with friends ..sales consultant Linda was absolutely amazing. Brought many stunning dresses without rushing us & had a lovely calm & helpful demeanour. Definitely recommend & will return !
