Best pharmacy in the whole area. Service is impeccable, always polite and friendly. I collect my partners prescription as her carer and the staff there are always so helpful and lovely

Having moved to Camelon 4 years ago I registered with this pharmacy. I?ve built up a good customer relationship/respect for the pharmacist and the staff. I?ve found them to be very helpful with my medication (of which I have a lot) and it changes regularly. The staff under the watchful eye of the pharmacist are very helpful. The shop itself is very neat,tidy and clean.

Terrible service- will never use again after the patronising and unkind service of the male member of staff - so disappointed to be treated like some sort of criminal when all I wanted was my LEGITIMATE private prescription

This pharmacy constantly performing well bellow average..For the past few months I've had issues collecting my repeat prescription..Meds missing from my order, poor customer service, poor excuses given without accepting responsibility for they're own mistakes.. had enough and now changed pharmacy as a result..I wouldn't recommend anyone to choose this pharmacy..I would mark this with a score of 1 out of 10..

Went to get my prescription took 30 mins and it was already ready but as I suffer from anxiety I was on the phone to my partner and they called me rude and wouldn't give me it till I was off of the phone. Very rude tbh

Excellent pharmacy, super friendly helpful staff and never had a problem picking up prescriptions unlike Lloyds.Very quick with making up scripts too.A pleasure to use ?

I?m extremely upset and surprised by the behaviour of the pharmacist! I will be complaining to my doctor too. My doctor left a prescription at this pharmacy for me to collect my medication. The medication I collected was correct but the brand I was given resulted in me having serious adverse side-effects. I even had to call 111 on Sunday and the out of hours doctor left me a prescription with a nearby Tesco chemist to counteract the effects. I spoke with my doctor the following week and requested a prescription for my usual brand of medication. She told me to take back what I was given and ask them to exchange it. I went back to the pharmacy on Friday and this is when I encountered a not very pleasant chemist, middle aged man in white coat and face mask. He said my doctor was wrong to suggest that they should swap the medication but it was possible to get me some. He would order them and I would then see if my usual brand was delivered the next day which was Saturday. I asked him what time should I come and he told me after 1.30pm. I asked him if he wanted to take my details which one would have thought was important in order to exchange my medication. He told me it wasn?t necessary? On my return on Saturday I was extremely upset to find that the pharmacy was closed when I arrived there. I don?t live in Camelon and need to drive 2 miles to get there! I now find out by googling the times that it shut at 1pm! How extremely disgraceful that a chemist treats doctor?s patients in such a despicable manner. I have now been left without any medication until I can speak with my doctors? practice on Monday. This man is a total disgrace to his profession and I certainly won?t be returning back there again!

Only allowed one covid test pack joke of a place for a family of five but I can go to another pharmacy down the road and get 3 guy behind counter was not helpful considering they have a full draw of them way to go to keeping the virus at bay ???

The guy pharmacist was so rude arrogant over the phone with me , due to me phoning about a prescription that I was still waiting on from 5th Nov ! Got told at time due to Manufacturers to come back in a week , which I done they still didn't have my medication , next time one of the staff said she would chase it up she was kind pleasant enough , but I phoned today 16th Dec the guy was arrogant brushed me said we don't have it ! Only let me speak when asked my name & address ,. I will not be using this chemist again , it's weird how when I went to another chemist they didn't have a problem with manufacturers, and had my medication.
