Superb!From my initial enquiry to the finished bathroom , I couldn?t be more delighted and impressed with the customer service !All staff from showroom to fitters were at all times courteous and ,respectful of my home and my wishes -excellent personal touch clearly established on years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. My bathroom has been transformed and gives the wow factor which ultimately delights me and fills me with pride.Worth every penny and won?t go past JJ Bathrooms when I come to do my en-suite.

Excellent service from start to finish! Both Johnny and Tommy had an enormous amount of patience when we were designing the bathroom and choosing the fittings and tiles! It was great to be able to see the 3d images of the room too to help up decide on the final layout.When the job was underway, every single member of the team was friendly, professional and took a great pride in their work. The attention to detail and quality of work was fantastic!Each night we were told who would be coming the next day and the time of arrival. The team also cleaned up before finishing each night. The job ran like clockwork!The bathroom has truly been transformed. We love it!I would highly recommend using J&J Bathrooms! First class company!

We did have to wait a long time for our bathroom, but we are glad we did. The finish is first class! The fitters have all been great, taking pride in their work. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend this company at all. No end of problems from start to finish. Tiles not fixed or grouted properly and finish was appalling. Avoid.EDIT: In reply to the owner's comment; Howdy Partner! ? photos speak more than an "anonymous review". This is some of what we were left with after a 6 week long installation. I could write a book about this shambles but suffice to say that we had to go down the legal route and despite 40 years of trading, they haven't mastered their trade.

J&J bathrooms designed and supplied both our ensuite and main bathroom. From helping us choose our fittings, from their many showroom displays, to designing and providing our fitter with the plans, they were helpful at every step. Absolutely love our bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Without doubt Falkirks premier Bathroom showroom I haven't made a purchase yet as just at the looking around stage but the showroom definitely has the wow factor, we were able to browse at our leisure and had no problem asking for advice... Definitely worth a vist

J&J Bathrooms have just completely gutted, renovated and installed 2 bathrooms in our house. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Their standard of workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail and their staff are second to none. You are kept advised all the way about what has been done, to be done and what you would like and Johnny pays frequent visits to site to ensure that all is going well and being done as it should be.Many thanks to you all for a job well done
