I brought in a gold necklace that was a present. The clasp was too small so I bought a larger one and a larger loop. I am delighted with wheels work they did. I was able to put the necklace on easily in the store by myself when I picked it up. Highly recommended.

Verbally abused my partner when she attended for (pre-agreed) compensation, after they had smelted the wrong ring (it was her deceased grandmother's).Absolutely shocking behaviour, and I will be telling every person how awful this business is. This was after overcharging for the ring in the first place of course. Brave man screaming at a woman.

One of the nicest jewellers/goldsmiths you could visit, not the largest shop but they provide the best customer service, excellent rates and can pretty much do anything you need them to. Definitely worth a visit, the team are super friendly. I would recommend this jewellers/goldsmiths over and above any other. I'll be going again soon.

What an absolute pleasure visiting the shop today and having Stephen spend so much time and giving so much explanation on everything we looked at.
The service we received from the minute we walked in until the minute we left was second to none.
Stephen's son (brother) lol! was also so friendly and helpful taking time out of his busy schedule to show us some of there amazing creations.
Walked out with the ring of my dreams after searching for a long long time, but never received this service anywhere I had looked.
