It's decent though today it opens at 10am when every other day its 9am. Which is ridiculous, I really needed to get into the bank for 9am today as I have appointments later and this opening time may make me late for these important appointments. Get this sorted Nationwide, open at 9am on a Wednesday like everyother day, there is no reason you shouldn't, do your loyal customers a favour. Thank you.

I mainly used mobile banking now. The app is easy to use & you can keep an eye on your money 24/7. You get a card reading machine for extra security for your acc's. The few times I've had to visit local branch ( Falkirk High St) the staff are very friendly & can't do enough to help you. Even with the social distancing. I would recommend Nationwide to everyone. I'm glad I joined.

Busy branch so there's always a queue but the staff are efficient and the line moves quick. They are always helpful and friendly too. Good branch to use for your banking

Excellent service from helpful staff member outside the shop at the ATM social distancing taken vey seriously and was no need to enter the premises today paid cash in and was processed very quickly ....thank you

Very very helpful staff. Was seen right away by a supervisor. So easy to speak to. They just didn't hear what I was saying they really listened. Felt much better coming our of the building society . Made me feel at ease.
