The staff is good and their Pizza with Ranch sauce is too good. Way better than Dominoz and PizzaHut filled with Tomato KetchupThe person takes the order and customises it as per demand also.

I am shocked and disgusted on what one Papa John Franchise Owner did to that young lad. Who asked for a free pizza as he was asked to do a later shift. The Manager went total crazy calling his employee a losser. I will not be eating here. And nether is a lot of people

Took 2 hours and it was freezing, cheese was hard and all. Sent the delivery driver up the slamanan road on a bike. Pretty unacceptable. guy on the phone snapped at me when i asked what was going on

NEVER BE BACK GOT CHARGED ?20.39 for one 10' gluten free pizza worse still it was more an 8" as there was 2" of crust round the full pizza SHOCKING

After delivering a large meal deal and a Ben and Jerry ice cream they sent the wrong flavour I phoned the store who said the would deliver the correct flavour over an hour later came the ice cream but was gobsmacked when asked for the wrong flavour back apart from my grandson getting no compensation for the error and the wait for his dessert, we are in the middle of a pandemic and I'm assuming it will get passed on to another order absolutely shocking

Just paid £14.33 for a fukkin cookie?????? Delivery driver arrived with a cookie?? Ordered a hot cookie ice cream and 2ltr btl juice and got a COOKIE?? called up and the managers attitude was disgusting £14.33 for a cookie.... don't think so mate shocking customer service papa johns.... especially during these circumstances.. as look at my lonely looking £14.33 cookie #idiots
