Signage on the outside says the post office is open 7 days a week. Tried to use the post office today, to be waved away and told it was closed, by a rude elderly lady who clearly didn?t want to be there.Appreciate others have had a positive experience here, so I will give the benefit of the doubt.

Very friendly run post office with exceptional staff nothing is any problems to them going out their way to help you I would recommend it 5 star service

Update. Just wish to say repeat 6 star service this morning from Arlene. Went the extra mile. Thanks Arlene. ?????So just wish to thank the lady in Polmont Post Office who provided 5 star customer service this morning. She was busy packing shelves when I came in but quickly moved to the counter. She was friendly, efficient and customer-focused. This is why she now has a five star review. I posted two identical large letters and a card. Cost was much more reasonable than I expected. Thank you!

A little cramped but offers a surprisingly large selection of services, some parking to the back for about 12 cars but most can be found across the road by Aldi's.Service was friendly enough and outside the queue as you also have the shop customers due to shelves etc being in the way slowing it down was good.Handy if out shopping and quick visit

I cannot complain about post office but the car park. Is it Britain? Is it 21 century. Feels like I am in some God forgotten place . What are we paying taxes for?
