Just watched a member of staff refusing service to someone due to being relative?s and the management above also being related, mother and daughter from what I could gather from the interaction. This is a major breach of common conflict the poor shopper just wanted a few things too. This is shocking behaviour I am happy for someone higher up to reply for me to contact. To note I will not handle this complaint with the manager of the store.

Sorry, but I have to leave this review. Every time I come in this Poundland, I leave with a headache. There's a high-pitched sound at the entrance and through half of the shop. No one else seems to hear it ? and say I'm lying / hearing the fans. Lol it's not fans pal. Since no one hears it they aren't going to get it sorted which means I will probably have to avoid this Poundland from now on.

Plenty of choice but the young girl serving is who I gave the stars. Very friendly, pointed out some offers I'd missed. Great customer service.

Management more interested in gossip to the people that work for sky outside shop door and not interested what is going on in store staff very un professional and when I asked to bulk buy some items and asked for help from staff as I am in wheelchair they refused and said she is busy packing shelf what I will say as American lady at till very nice professional and should be manager as she promotes sales and deals with allmost everything in shop yet she is on tills ?
