I work 08:30 to 5pm, Monday to Friday, close to Falkirk Town centre, however I am unable to go to my RBS branch, due to their opening hours.I must visit the branch to deal with this matter.You do get the impression that customer service is a nuisance to RBS.

Currently standing in the rain waiting to get into the bank. Shut down how many branches tryed to pay in using the pay in machine and it swollowed my cheque, went from a fine bank to a shambles, will be changing soon.Was advised to go to the post office to pay in cheque in future by RBS staff member who left me in the rain whilst letting other customers into the bank in front of me. Told I would be leaving and closing my accounts this was met with a so what attitude. Customer service is very poor.

Closed at weekends and only open 10-3. Absolutely useless if you work 9-5 Monday to Friday. Using a holiday to go to bank . Poor service.

I don't understand why this got only a little star of feed back ,, in my opinion this bank lovely and kind service from the stuff in the RBS bank in Falkirk and they are trying helping the customer won't make you disappointed ??

Having carried out a transaction earlier to-day the teller put the money into an envelope and sealed the envelope, when opening the envelope once reaching home I discovered that I was £20.00 short, bur now I obviously cannot prove this.

I have banked at this branch for the last 35 years. This is the best bank and they have supported our family all of this time. We'll done RBS.

Deserves a far better rating. Moved here and have used this bank for nearly 2 years.I have waited in queues like everyone else needs to when it's busy. I've had the staff ask me what I need and they direct me to where I need to go.During lockdown there were massive queues just like any other place and we were given hand gel to use at the till and everyone just knew to distance themselves in the queue.I mainly just deposit money, if it's in large sums I'll queue up and go to the teller. Sometimes if I use the machines and I try with a lot of bills, the machines don't always take them all because the notes aren't all flat. But that's the same in every RBS bank I've used so I just go to the teller. If the staff ask me to use the machine, I just tell them I'd rather wait and speak with the bank teller. And if I see massive queues, I'll use the machines to skip them.Not sure why there have been such negative ratings for this place, it's a bank. I've read them all and the staff are great. There's normally one person who seems to direct any queues that form so that no one is waiting too long or at least you get a sense of how long you might need to wait.Also, there seems to be certain times where it's more busy than other times for example straight after work or within lunch breaks so I just go during all the other times.A little patience and you're on your way.

Avoid at all costs online doesn't allow you to make payments. The app isn't downloadable and signing is the most complicated process I've ever encountered.

I've given one star but I'd have given nothing if I could. Staffed by incompetent people who are in dire need of both product training and customer service training. If you need a bank choose any one but RBS Falkirk.

Staff go down the queue asking what you are in for; not ideal when I need to state that I am in to withdraw more than can be taken from a cash machine otherwise they try to redirect you to a cash machine. This isn't great for privacy and/or personal security as who knows who is behind you in the queue listening in...
