“My daughter likes alot off the clothes as many teenage girls, safe always friendly an will help you out if needed. Today when I was in there wasnt much choice with girls denims, which I was surprised about so was my daughter. The clothes were nice as always cn somethings for summer for an holidays. I will always recommend New Look, to anyone.”

“Popped in today looking for specific trainers. Really hard to find as sold out in most places. They had the correct size, however my daughter forgot her voucher. The amazing guy with longish dark hair was so helpful, he agreed to put them away until we could get back in with voucher. It turns our the voucher can only be used online but he said he would put them away just incase. Honestly the best service I have experienced for a long time. Wish I got his name. Store in Howgate centre Falkirk.”

“Love Matalan always a huge choice of clothing and i rarely come away with nothing. Changing rooms are now open again which makes a great difference to any clothing stores sales as most people are rarely just one size across the board. One of my favourite places to shop.”

“I am slightly disappointed. My mother phoned ahead to ask if I needed to make an appointment to be told by the owner no. I walked into the shop to be told I should have made an appointment but will be seen too. I had a very helpful lady. I tried on a couple of dresses. There was one I liked in particular but wasn’t 100%. She told me to look at the price tag. Which annoyed me a lot as I know the price of dresses in a high end dress boutique. She put me off and I left without a dress as she made me feel uncomfortable. Sadly. Lovely shop. I was served by a lovely lady but the older staff looked down on me.”
