I went in two days before Christmas and it was heaving. I wish I caught the name of the floor assistant. He was so helpful with the item I was looking for . It was no bother to him. The queue looked scary but it went down quickly and served by a tired but still smiling assistant. Well done!

Queue goes quite slow, but they have an abundance of choice in toys for kids. Great prices, and usually pretty not bad deals around Christmas.

Such a great array of lego, went in just to look at the lego and I came out with a couple massive sets, I can say my credit card didn't appreciate it but oh well.

Still waiting on my delivery that was ment to come on Friday...don't blame the sender how's it their fault you may say but they chose to use YODEL the worst delivery company there is why doesn't companies give the consumer options when it come to delivery companies and let them choose there ownWaiting on Xmas gifts if I had known they used yodel I would have not placed an order ..sorry smyths hut until you stop using yodel I won't purchase again

Huge toy store. Great variety of goods for all ages. Well stocked. Also equipment for babies/toddlers. Plenty of parking nearby.
