Even though you have an appointment, you need to wait 20-25 minutes at least.I think the lenses were dirty when my sight test was taken, I have chosen two frames, had a call almost a week later that one was discontinued so I had to choose something else. I've been told when I can collect my glasses, they were not ready , every single staff member said a totally different story when I asked about the ordered products. When I collected I had a quite interesting experience again, I use my glasses for nearly two weeks now and I don't see anything with them, as I mentioned before, the equipment was not clear, so my prescription was not correct. So basically I wasted my time and money for two pair of glasses I cannot use properly.

Reasonable opticians, but caution, when you add up essential extras for your specs the price rises exponentially. Staff very pleasant and capable

I was seen as an emergency last year and had a positive experience. Specsavers saw me again yesterday after I'd noticed changes in my vision and was becoming increasingly anxious about it. I wasn't due an eye test, but was seen by Melissa who was fantastic with me. I opted for the OTC scan and she did a full eye exam. Melissa spent time with me, answered all my questions and talked me through the images of my eyes and talked me through what my prescription means and why it had changed. I left feeling fully informed, and importantly, reassured that my eye health is as it should be. It's a very busy branch and I was seen last thing when staff were likely to be tired after a long day, yet I felt I was treated like an individual with all my needs catered to. Thank you so much ?
