“Tesco @ PolmontLarge superstore with ample amount of parking for all including disabled and parents. Petrol forecourt as well. Nicely clean and tidy shopfloor. Nice café on first floor which can be accessed by lifts + stairs. Store looked fully stocked (all items). Customer toilets located next to entrance and at the café as well. Plenty of fresh bakery & Deli counters looked very well stocked. Friendly & helpful staff all around the store. Nicely decorated with x-mas trees and themes. Manned checkouts as well as self checkouts. Gluten free aisle located between Deli & Bakery. Instant photo printing machine located at the front of the entrance.”

There appeared to be an issue out with her control with payments and she calmly took her time to explain and reassure customers during this time and kept everything flowing the best she could during a busy Saturday afternoon.
