The ladies at timsons in Falkirk Tesco are extremely helpful, I had trouble with a few of my watches and they went way out of there way to get my problem resolved, when I offered them a small gift for all there help they didn't want anything ,just said it was a pleasure and it was there job, there names were Liz and her colleague had long blond curly hair, I do use timsons but I will continue to use that one , the other girl was heather, they were both amazing
