Very bad with delivery I will never order online from them again and the delivery service yodel is even worse I was told that my package would celebrate on the 28th of December and it's been nearly 3 days and it hasn't left the depot I'm never gonna order online again because of this experience ?

Despite being recognised by the staff on account of having to return a previously faulty item, I was refused a replacement, refund, exchange, or voucher because I didn?t have the second receipt when the replacement also failed one week later. Bureaucratic B.S. that ended up costing me over 130 quid. I?ll buy online next time.

Very, very hard to return faulty Apple iPhone product to Fort William branch of Argos.It took 2 hours, 3 telephone calls and 2 visits to the store to return a faulty item.Purchased iPhone SE 2nd Gen on Friday evening, by Saturday lunch time it was clear it had a repeated boot up fault, making it impossible to use.Returned to Argos on Saturday afternoon in Fort William with copy of receipt.Store manager stated:Phone must be returned to Apple, not Argos.Photo of receipt from my banking app was not acceptable.Only the original physical paper receipt would be accepted.As I had not chosen an email receipt at the point of sale no return was possible. At all.Phones in general cannot be returned once they are opened.Phones MUST be examined by the manufacture prior to returns and refunds.As we had attempted to use the phone it might have our data and the date protection laws explicably prevent us from returning it to Argos.The manager stated she had no choice or discretion; this was Argos's policy.Given the amount of information of UK consumer law I was very surprised to hear all these unreasonable conditions. The store manager seemed to have no understanding if current consumer law and relied on volume and blanket denial rather than reading Argos own returns policy!We spoke to Apple.Apple told us on the phone that their products have a 15 day no quibble return, and Argos know this. Apple gave us a case number in case Argos did not honour their sales terms with Apple so that it could be escalated by Apple.The returns process seems to involve a lot of extra checks, I was told ?this is in case you are committing fraud?, not the most reconciliatory statement. Telephones calls to apple also needed to take place with lots of checking on screens with some very heavy-handed typing and paper shuffled, then rechecked with more information needed on the screen. Again, my personal email was deemed essential for a return. I declined to give my personal email.

Chain catalog shop with self-serve terminals that save any of that awkward person-to-person interaction that can pure do yer banger in, especially after a night on the swally. And you Don't need to buy the extra batteries etc when offered, as you can probably get them cheaper elsewhere
