Great service from all staff. Unfortunately problems with boilers meant very limited warm water for showers/ baths. Got a small discount. Broken hook on bathroom door and broken shower gel dispenser. Not what I would call a premium room. I reported the broken items so hopefully they'll be repaired by now. Food was quite... read full comment
