Shopped here a couple of times. They have a good selection of outdoor goods. A spacious store, not cramped, makes for relaxed shopping. Great service from Alex who gives good advice and has an excellent product knowledge.

Came in ten minutes before closing time asking if they had a specific coat I usually use for tree work. The young lady I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction to something that would last longer and suit my needs better, much appreciated thank you!

Came in for one pair of boots and left with two (one for my partner as well). Alex was amazing. He was so informative and a good chat. Would recommend this store for anyone who needs some good advice.

Seemingly selling several faulty products and then refusing to refund customers.If you're about to do a hike and worried about rain showers in the freezing cold, I would recommend going to one of the many other shops around.They could have even offered to swap the products for similar ones as we only wanted to have products that work as they are supposed to, but they didn't.I would suggest going to the mountain warehouse instead, I have a decent waterproof jacket and hiking boots from them, and the customer service is way better.

Large choice of quality brand both for clothes and camping gears. Camping section well furnish. Good advices and really helpful people. Check all the store in the street and it's definitely the best for camping and quality clothes.

A friendly welcome from the staff here, it is at the end of the high street. A larger collection of clothing than I expected, rucksacks and bags were fewer than I expected. Decent map selection thank you for these.
