Long term visitor (stayed a number of times over 12 years). This time was our last.Good points:-The location is brilliant, we used it for winter climbing and walking and it's right in the middle of Glencoe and Lochaber- Walks nearby are lovely, especially the waterfall- Views are frequently amazing- Chalets now have wifi, good step up, long overdue!- The chalet design is novel and they look charmingBad points:- Very little development over the last 12 years, only basic repairs and necessary upgrades for example the ovens are old and slow- Bench seats are not comfortable and the cushions slide about, the chalets just are not comfy for a 'day in'.- Space, kitchens are super small and if you are over 6foot, the double bed is not the most comfortable, better off in the singles- No dogs allowed, really don't understand this when things like the carpets are ripped anyway and the vinyl in the bathroom is buckled, the chalets are far from pristine- Removal of the drying room, worked ok when they had the bunkhouse, but it seems that is no longer theirs.- Pub hours have steadily declined (understand not owned by the chalets now, but it was a strong selling point on a lazy evening)- No young children, i have a child on the way so no good for the next few years- No longer competitive (at time of looking) compared to say airbnbs in regards to price, offering, comfort and cancellation policies- I used their whatsapp contact to ask a basic question (not urgent) but never got a reply.Used to love the venue, but our groups will be moving on, hopefully this feedback is of use to visitors or the company.

Worst stay for us.Our family of 6, stayed here andafter a late dinner when going to bed, we were shocked to find out that one of the mattresses upstairs, was soaked wet from urine underneath the new sheets. Our son had to sleep on the bench downstairs on a very uncomfortable night for us.We travel a lot and never had such a bad experience. We wrote to the service and no reply...

Stayed as a group of 6 in a chalet and loved it. It felt very cosy and the beds were comfy. Only gripe is the kitchen was a bit small but we didn?t spend much time in there and we managed fine - it had enough equipment in to make some decent meals. Plenty of space for 3 cars in the parking spaces. The views were spectacular.

Rented two chalets, cost are very reasonable, they are very spacious and well equipped, very good location for touring around west Scotland. The management responded very swiftly to sort out minor problems. Just one little suggestion, the shower cubicles need updating.I highly recommend this place.

Great chalet. There is plenty of room, lots of heat. Nice little kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. even had a little welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar on arrival for the weary traveller.

Amazing views from our semi detached chalet. That was the best bit by far. No hot water to wash dishes despite repeated attempts at advancing the heating controls as instructed. Bed was best described as uncomfortable, to be honest it was torturous. Settee in front room was another form of torture, hard to say the least. Chalet smelt of damp and crawling with spider, moths and midges. We went to the extent of burning a scented candle and spraying the room with bug spray every day for a week. Such a shame as an excellent location.

Have stayed here many times over the years. This time stayed here for 3 nights while doing a bit of hillwalking. Inchree is an excellent base for this. Not far from Glencoe, Kinlochleven and Fort William. Very clean rooms and toilets. Will come back again.

Breathtaking views ! Great location. A very special place. I think we were very lucky with the weather. We enjoyed the ferry and the waterfall (must see). Relaxed time for a young family to while away the day. This part of the county is has everything. Thank you

Booked and paid deposit 5 months ago. Tried to contact them re change of circumstances 5 days later. No response. Tried calling several times over the intervening months - no answer. Tried sending emails - no response even to read receipt requests. However, today got an email from them advising they will take final balance tomorrow. Now in the hands of Credit card dispute team and lining up small courts case. Save your money and stress - go elsewhere.

We have just enjoyed a 5 day break at Inchree, 4 of us in a 6 berth chalet. The situation suits exploration of Glencoe, Glen Nevis and Ardnamurchan with so much to see and do - even a lovely walk to Inchree Falls on the doorstep. The chalet was well kitted out and everything seemed super clean. David the owner responded very promptly to the queries I had before travelling. And i wouldn?t hesitate to book another stay.

Stayed in one if the 2 bed semi-detached chalets. Really good base for exploring. Comfortable accommodation but basic and could be made a lot better with just some small changes. The curtains were paper thin and didn?t reach the window sill in the living room and main bedroom - easily rectified and would make all the difference. Shower cubicle also in dire need of replacement. It would also be nice if the chalets had some sachets of coffee/ hot choc/ sugar to welcome you. Unfortunately there was also little privacy between chalets which we found slightly uncomfortable. All in all a good base though.

Cheap and cheerful, stayed for a couple of nights in the self catered lodges and it was a great base camp to explore from, with a lovely view over breakfast. Don't forget the midge spray mind...
