i was in fort william branch of travis perkins , it was absolute first class staff , the yard staff was brilliant nothing was a bother to them and knowledge of materials was great and their manner towards you as a customer was brilliant the best ive seen in any builders merchant , staff inside at sales counter was also brilliant either helping get right materials or answering any questions i had total satisfaction , the manner at sales desk no matter who serves you was all the same first class any time i go in , i would highly recommend this depo to any one or business fast efficient and your out door and on way back to job .

Shambles if delivery here. Told to arrive 0730 2 hrs later still waiting . Could easily have moved their own vehicle but no.

Appalling! Terrible customer service in shop and pick up on man was working and smoking while carrying stuff to car. Dreadful. Very low stock on essentials.
