“I had a wonderful experience in the Glasgow Mulberry store.I went in looking for a new purse and was welcomed by each member of staff, I was shown the purses they had available and offered some refreshments.I now can't remember the lovely SA name (dark haired worked Saturday morning 15th July 23) however she was excellent, exceptional service. My item was also perfectly wrapped and packaged. I will be returning again to purchase a bag in the near future.”

“Shoes are much better bought in store, if quality staff are available to advise and assist. This place provides excellent service from staff who are attentive, knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in finding shoes which are comfortable, stylish, and fit for purpose. When I visited, the shop was extremely busy - but the efficient staff remained calm, smiling and helpful. Although staff were working non-stop, there was no sense of rush or hurry. I selected 4 pairs of shoes for the family. Harry, Christopher and Eleanor were so helpful - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. A slight ordering glitch (no fault, just 'one of these things') resulted in the staff doing everything they could to put things right. You won't get this service online - a visit to this shop is highly recommended.”

“I went here, just under a month ago. It was a Sunday, the staff in the shop were lovely and extremely helpful. I went in with the intention of buying a suit for my father's funeral. I ended coming out with a dress which I love and felt sophisticated and comfortable in. I wouldn't have looked at the dress if it hadn't been for the attention of the staff. I had a suit on which I thought I'd be comfortable in but with the help of the team tried on the dress, it was just right. Great customer service and I am sure I will shop there again”

“Lyndsay is a fantastic helpful employee. I have been in several times and have always thought of her to be friendly helpful and to go above and beyond to assist me. She is great at adapting her communication skills to suit the customers needs( She always takes the time to speak to my autistic daughter in a way appropriate to her). I broke the left side of my left foot in June and am looking at a possible amputation due to several complications. As a result my left foot is badly swollen and a size 7 and my right foot is my normal size 4. Lyndsay without any judgement assisted me in getting a few pair of shoes without issue with the two odd sizes. To actually have a pair of shoes without any issue (albeit different sizes) has meant so much to me. Finding the different sizes of shoes even though it took a while didn’t faze her at all.”

“I had a bit of a mare in the Buchanan galleries shop, went in after work on a really hot day in full work gear, looking for a suit and was met with absolutely superb customer service, could not have been more helpful and accomodating.Special thanks to Sophia in this Glasgow store as she helped enormously, even managed to stop me stressing out which is an absolute miracle, spoke to her manager and asked for a review to be posted on her behalf but I'm not sure if he has done it.Even managed to come away spending less than I anticipated.Superb service.”
