Exceptionally helpful staff at the Summit Cafe! Arrived on my motorbike in 25 heat, staff offering me ice to help me cool down. Highly recommended and will return, 10/10!

Some really nice stuff but definitely don?t expect to find a bargain.
Couple of gripes, Tiso claim to do price match however on the two occasions I tried they refused. To be clear, it was a qualifying store I was using for the price match. I was told it was down to the managers discretion.
Anyway, the salawa gortex jacket I was after was £500 in Tiso, I bought it for £370 from another store the same day. Similarly, the Garmin gps I wanted was £600 in Tiso. I bought it for £470.
It seems like much of the stuff in there is wildly overpriced. Another example:
Rab gtx gloves in Tiso £120. Got them for £100. I could go on.
I get that bricks and mortar stores may be more expensive than online but surely not that much.
My advice to anyone visiting here. Google anything you like and avoid being ripped off.
The place is never that busy, think they would do well to be more competitive.
End on a positive. The staff are nice and the cafe is good for a coffee and cake.

Just had excellent ski boot fitting service from Gordon for my youngest, lots of time taken and attention to detail. Good onsite free parking, fantastic range and huge store. Unfortunately didn?t have time to sample the cafe menu but no doubt we?ll be back again before long.

Went in to buy a bike today. Was met and assisted by Laurence. It?s been a long time since I have been on a bike and Laurence was no helpful and patient as I looked at options and accessories. Got a cracking bike that was ready to go and looking forward to many miles on my new purchase ?
