I bought an iPhone around two weeks ago but one of Store member treat me horrible and rude. I?m really disappointed with customer service and the way they treated me! She didn?t give my receipt and any proper hand packing! I want to know exact reason for that and such a behaviour from apple it?s totally unacceptable and disappointed!

Fuming. After a sleight of ill health I was advised by my doctor to increase my fruit intake. Popped down here to make a start on my new life and they tried to sell me a phone. MISLEADING.

Useless, ignorant not to mention arrogant staff. They walk around glazed eyed and select customers at random. I went in today and knew exactly what I was going to buy, a MacBook Pro. I bought one from Oxford street in June last year and it took about 10 mins. In Glasgow? I told them I would like to buy a MacBook Pro, I know which one I want. They took my name, told me to wait, then proceeded to have giggling useless chats with their colleagues whilst standing around doing nothing. After 45 minutes, I left without being served and will never step foot in Glasgow Apple Store again. Bunch of useless, woke, self important snot nosed imbeciles. I wonder who the manager is. That person needs to be sent to Mars when Musk launches that one way trip.

I'm sure this place has it's supporters, but I'm not one of them at present. Made a phone appointment to have my MacBook battery replaced, having stressed to the Apple Representative, on the telephone, that I would require the battery exchange to be carried out during my appointment visit. I was told the cost would be £159. That was the deal.The next day I travelled almost 20 miles to Glasgow to keep my appointment only to be told within minutes of my arrival that I would require to leave my MacBook with the Apple shop for 5 - 8 days. I was not amused. Did I receive an apology for being misled / misdirected? Of course not! (How to lose customers and aggravate people).

Down from Fort William, so popped into to ask about HomePod mini to go with our Apple TV 4K 2022 and IPad Pro 2022, we described our set up and was told they would work.Turns out they don?t actually work with some of apples own software and on other Apple software they have a 3 second delay, watching a video with a 3 second delay on the video is pretty poor when using a complete Apple eco system and software.Apple Glasgow store finally answered the phone after 2 DAYS of ringing as it was Dublin Apple who connected us via an internal Apple call.The very officious man and angry man who described himself as the manager said they would only accept returns if I was physically present in the Glasgow shop, we live in Fort William.Apparently it is not possible to post them back, oddly had we brought them online Apple would send out a box and pay for a courier.We offered to pay for postage and insurance but was told this was impossible?!?Apparently to make a complaint we have to write it out and post it as a letter to an office in Cork, Eire.

I was in here and bought my new iPhone, I spoke to the First Gentleman that was closest to me, and the phone was there at hand.I bought the phone right there and then, the whole process took less than 10mins before I was out the door again.Nice quick and efficient.
