Not great. 0 acknowledgment from staff whilst waiting at the door to enter. The dark haired girl I dealt with once in the store was helpful & knowledgeable however her colleagues not so much..

Zero stars, had the worst customer service by both the team in store and the online services. Couldn?t get a refund on an item and was only offered a gift receipt now the gift receipt does not work online- even though we were told in the shop it does. We now have to contact customer service again to use the gift receipt. This is also a wedding gift which will now not be here on time. Would recommend everyone to shop elsewhere! Avoid avoid avoid

after reading posts about the return policy I can 100 % say the do have a refund policy and staff are trained to do refunds as I got one. you will be refused in store so email the head office like I did stating that there policy is in breach of your statutory rights and you will recieve an email confirming the store is allowed to refund you.

Charms I ordered don?t even fit on my bracelet they?re way too miniature and are clearly not real Pandora charms and a ring I ordered only wore it for a week and the diamonds fell out of it whereas the Pandora ring I bought in store has been perfect since Christmas !!!!!
