I bought a new phone in store and when I reached home to open i realised its a used phone with a screen protector attached to the phone. I returned after 24 hours with original receipt and everything and they refused to take the phone back. Staff lovely besides one.. who seems to be in the wrong job . Went along to the next branch instead - who dealt with my issue with great service and attitude . Will skip this branch in future

Controller on my ps4 broke. I was demented for days cause I love the PGA 2K23 game, its all I play lol.So I orders one off ebay on the Monday and here we are on Saturday and it's still not arrived (royal mail).Had a look on the argos website and saw an official controller for £35 with next day delivery. I bought it and I'm so glad I did. The driver was here for 8am ish.I've ordered a few things off argos and it's always been spot on. £3.95 for next day delivery is sue perb also.

Always have their phones switched off "due to an extremely high level of calls", even first thing in the morning. Having to drive over to cancel an order which would take 2 secs on the phone

Really annoys me that a store selling boxes and parcels dont provide people with flat beds or a way to carry their goods out to their car. Had to carry garden furniture through a busy supermarket on my own yesterday. Took 3 journeys and was not easy carrying it all past supermarket shoppers and folk using trolleys. Doesn't make sense. Just have a couple of large trolleys or flat beds on hand. Simple solution. Customers pretty much left to it. Not much customer care at all..

Can I say.. I complment the staff. 1st time in the store made a few mistakes about queing etc. They put me right without feeling like an idiot. What can I say have me back. You guys are amazing

Had to take a broke kindle back to this store during covid19 messures were in place for the virus and there was no problem at all getting a refund the girl who served me kassey was so nice and helpful I walked out the store grinning like a Chester cat better than other experiences at other argos stores

Staff communication isn't great. We had an issue which the manager had been informed about by their head-office, partner was spoken to like dirt until the manager came out and verified what she had said was right. No apology from staff.Can see why Argos are failing in a world dominated by good customer service from the likes of Amazon and John Lewis.
