Absolute terrible service. Phoned up for a small part was told to be here in 10 minutes it would be on the shelf and got here within 5 minutes. Been standing in the shop for almost 30 minutes waiting on a part with 2 young boys running about the front desk looking for the part. Terrible set up

Called this morning to check whether a specific part was in stock. After being assured it was and that it would be put to the side for me I arrived to find out they didn't have it at all. A 20 mile round cycle in the rain at lunchtime rush hour, cheers lads.

I was looking for some genuine OEM parts and after market accessories and here is the best place to find it all, and best of all its reasonably priced. Most of the time i would place an online order immediately I know if it?s in stock, pay for it and pick it it up from this store. Seamless and simple, thats why i love it.Adding to this the Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful many times they did help me find the right parts am looking for.Excellent customer service.
