During my recent visit to the Arnold Clark dealership, I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, who was my salesperson for the day. He presented a wide range of cars for purchase, giving me a detailed overview of each one. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answered all my questions, and provided me with all the necessary information to help me make an informed decision. Andrew's professionalism and customer service skills were impeccable, which made my car-buying experience a pleasant one. I truly appreciate his efforts, and I congratulate Arnold Clark for having such a decent salesperson on their team.

Disgusting service wouldnt even leave any stars.Family member purshed a new mg rover and the calapar seized onto the brake within 4 weeks and was close to setting the tire on fire. Salesman stephen was asked before singing any deals if they car was 100% health she was promised car would have full mot serviced and health check obviously not one bit of work was done .Fast forwarding to today came to pick the car up and the mechanic guy could not have been any more ignorant if he tried he basically said my family member caused the issue with the calapar then we find out the hand brake cable was faulty aswell we take the car a test drive and the brakes were sounding like a balloon being blew up took it back in and the mechanic came out and that's when he started being patronising every question that wee asked he shut us down and told us the car was in perfect health the brakes were meant to sound like that and made that noise before we handed they didn't make that noise at all also had a metal Sheering sound coming from sterring wheel again that was normal from his point of view aswell apparently as walking away when we couldn't resolve anything he called my family member a trouble maker under his breathe when questioned he denied he said it he didn't say it when he did never have we recived customer service like that in our life's we were entilled to ask questions about the car and the repairs that were carried out couldnt even provide us any documentation for what was replaced either absolute disgrace from a multi million pound corporation.Mechanic guy should be sacked for speaking to customers like that clearly hasn't got a clue what he's talking about car was meant to have a full check before leaving the showroom nothing was checked. DISGRACE

We'll start with the stigmata behind car sales staff at showrooms! Lets be honest, we all dread it & it feels like were about to take on Everest. Losing days out of our lives with the constant uphill battle of the elements involved, anxiety going through the roof.Enter Philip Ho at A.C Cupra.No pressure sales technique instantly puts you at ease, happy to make sure the car was right for you & took his advice on Formentor VZ2 and could not be happier. Such a humble guy with a relaxed vibe whilst he still had a job to do.The whole process was a breeze thanks to Phil & lots of goodies to drive away with (which we didn't expect) Always replied to emails without one single phone call or message to push the sale through for himself.Keep doing what your doing Arnold Clark Cupra & give your sales team the recognition they deserve. It is however still early days for ourselves, so I hope the aftersales service is just as good.One star off and this is picking the bones out of it (purely feedback) but, I did have to request the reg no instead of being told on the week build up to collection without confirmation. That said, it was the end of the month so the guys were busy. Again, just feedback on a group level.Basically if you want a Cupra - Go see Phil & like us, you will actually enjoy the experience.

100% stay away both sales and service department are a terrible and do not take responsibility for anything. Damaged my car as I have seen on a few reviews and called me a liar.

Had my car for weeks to fix water damage, had ot back one day and the issue hadn't been resolved, customer service staff really nice but the job wasn't done properly so very disappointed
