Harry was lovely and really professional. He was always available and worked quickly to get me my car within 3 days! I appreciated that he wasn?t pushy and provided really good advice with the whole process. This branch should be glad to have someone like him working for them! Thanks again!

Had my car serviced recently at Arnold Clark and the customer service there is outstanding!The saloon looks very neat, the little waiting area is very pleasant and there are even some refreshments available. All the staff members were very polite and professional and they handled all my queries with ease. Jacqui (a lovely receptionist) was particularly helpful and Colin did a great job fixing all the leaks and replacing the tyres on my Astra. Not only all the issues were sorted out but also my car was all sparkling clean when I collected it, so I've booked a complimentary service with them that I have been offered.Can't recommend them highly enough! I will definitely use their service again! Top notch!Much appreciated! ?

Terrible- van left at garage for weeks, promised date for part to arrive and fix, date has come and they?ve not got the part, don?t know when they will get it, and they didn?t bother to let us know until we phoned up to ask, and they now say they have no idea when part will arrive. Avoid!

Very good, loved it. The staff are so kind, the place is clean and even has a coffee machine, and when I went to get my car, it was so clean and shiny, along with the tires! And they even gave me a complimentary wash for my car.

Been sat waiting for 4 hours for the car I?m supposed to be collecting coming from Edinburgh, got the early train this morning after being asked to come and collect it today instead of the Saturday, only to be told at 1pm that the car is still sat in Edinburgh, I won?t be using Arnold Clark again if this is the length of time it takes them
