My local branch, not parkhead always pushes me to use the self service deposit machines, I was using the self service deposit machines here (i have 2 accounts i was depositing into)and was told I'm holding up the queue and should be using the staff at the counter. Cant win.

Very helpful staff. When I arrived yesterday morning I was attended to as I walked in the door very polite employee couldn't have been more helpful and dealt with everything there and then keep up the good work ?
