I bought a watch here last week. I had low expectations beforehand from previous experience of other chainstore jewellers and watch specialists.Having been largely ignored in some stores, I was struck by how friendly and attentive the staff were and particularly by the person who served me (I haven't named them because I haven't asked their permission to name them).I was immediately made to feel welcome, their product knowledge was excellent and I received first class service from them.I will happily consider making my next watch purchase here and would encourage others to do so.Well done, Beaverbrooks.
