Had the best experience with Rhiannon today! I came in overwhelmed and frustrated after my makeup order (typology, order at your own risk) hadn?t shown up for 2 months. I needed new makeup, I have super sensitive skin, and I had loads of questions.Rhiannon talked me through her favorite brands for my kind of skin and grabbed a few types and shades. She answered every question I had and gave me tips and tricks as she tested each shade in my face/neck. She explained the differences and coverage between the products and I felt so confident in my purchases. I left ready to get all done up for NYE with a foundation and concealer that match me perfectly!Thank you Rhiannon for your help and for being so kind!

Clinique representative was very rude. she has short hair?She made my whole experience uncomfortable and made me very bad. I even think she's racist. Discriminate against Chinese people.

The makeup staff are extremely friendly and informative! Nicole helped me find the correct foundation for my skin tone and gave some great recommendations for other products. Fantastic staff! ????

Shop was absolutely freezing. The women were walking around in coats, scarfs and looked so unhappy because it was so cold. Tried to complain about it but the manager, I think is called Emma? Didn?t come and speak to me.Another reason for 1 star is the girl Rhiannon served me today at fenty, she was so rude and I noticed she kept making faces at what I was saying. I felt very uncomfortable and ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I don?t think I will come into store again due to how unhappy and uncomfortable she made me. I have been in a lot in that boots, and have noticed that she doesn?t really work al she seems to do is sit on her phone and do her makeup
